Glass Beads

Glass beads have been around for centuries; however the method of production has changed drastically. Nearly every country has had a certain way of production, and this can be used as a way to distinguish one bead from another. Even though glass is the material used, artists use cultural elements to make pieces unique.

Glass beads are produced by hand and that is one reason for their extreme uniqueness. An artist uses certain methods of production; however, because they are not mass produces each bead will have an extreme element of individuality. They may differ shape, size, and even color due.

Glass beads need to be properly cared for to ensure quality. Glass is fragile, and needs to be properly stored. Especially if one is purchasing a large amount of these types of beads, it is essential that they be stored in a safe place. Consider buying a storage system to prevent possible breakage.
